Floating Solar System Overview

The floating PV mounting solutions from the G5 series are designed for use in various aquatic environments such as lakes, reservoirs, and coal mine subsidence sites. This material offers excellent strength, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, low water absorption, and good chemical stability. For the guide rail and brackets, materials such as aluminum alloy and aluminized magnesium zinc can be used, offering anti-corrosion properties, lightweight construction, and an aesthetic appearance.

The floaters are rigorously tested for tensile pulling force, aging resistance, UV resistance, air tightness, high/low-temperature cycling, and impact resistance. These floaters are highly durable, with a service life of up to 25 years. The system uses an embedded structure to securely fix floaters together, ensuring a more stable and durable connection. Its modular design allows for horizontal and symmetrical arrangement, improving water coverage, increasing installation capacity, and boosting power generation efficiency.
